BEAUTIFUL Liar...

STOP! Seriously!! We must ALL STOP! Let’s cut the bullsh*t and never mourn over it again. And guess what! I am not even referring to you telling little white lies, stories or whatever we chose to design the un-truth in, for the people in our life. I am expressing my concern for the ultimate individual at risk. That’s correct. You. Moi. Us!! Come on guys don’t act cute now. There are a few of you who have mastered the BEAUTY of being completely honest with yourselves. And than there is the rest of the world who doesn’t even realize that we are shorting ourselves because of laziness and fear. This is not a time to feel sorry or beat ourselves up over the dishonesty. But it is indeed an opportunity to increase our quality of life. It’s not even worth it to give examples because its bigger than the lie. Search for the truth before you don’t want to deal with it. We have no idea how uncomfortable we make ourselves conforming to make those around us (especially the one in the mirror) comfortable. Remember the person you are. What you want/wanted to be. What truly makes you happy, more importantly what makes you unhappy. I know you guys may have thought that I was going to go into another direction…but sometimes that’s a lie too. Looking at ourselves in the mirror and believing what we appear to be. I have a great career, so I appear to be successful. My wife cooks and clean, so I appear to be happy. I found a great dress for my size, so I appear to be comfortable with my weight. MAC sold me the perfect concealer, so yeah I am okay with the blemishes on my face. Stop lying!! And please don’t beat yourself up for dealing with the issues by lying to yourself. We all do it. Even after I publish this, I will most likely still struggle. But the greater struggle will be for the quality of my life, not the comfort of what I am used to. Here is some certified straight from ya girl truth for you. I want to live in Paris for a year!
